Please email me if you require a full CV. It runs to ten pages so too large to include here.

I love to judge and take advantage of any seminars or chances to learn that occur when I am not showing or judging. I attend JDP and breed club seminars, not always for just my groups. I feel it is important to see how other breeds progress and also how they structure learning opportunities. It is my long held view that we do not train judges in the Samoyed breed particularly well in the UK. Having completed the judging courses for Chow Chows and Norwegian Elkhounds amongst others, where all abilities of judge are catered for, I feel sad that in Samoyeds, as long as you 'do the numbers', you basically get passed for CCs. I have learnt so much more from other breed seminars than that of my own breed. Sad state of affairs, but there it is.

I also learn by travelling to other countries and seeing how the breed has evolved there.

I have no favorites and fear no influences or threats when I judge; that is probably why I get quite a few engagements.

:-)
